Spinner page 2

After a couple of days of drying, the spinner was installed using countersunk washers and screws:

As you can see in the picture above, there is a gap right behind the propeller blade.  To fill this gap, a plate was made out of .032 aluminum.  The plate was shaped and rounded to fit.  A flange was added to the filler plate, that slips under the spinner and platenuts were installed in that.  Here are the filler plates all painted and ready to go:

As you can see, the filler plates give the spinner a nice finished look.
