After a couple of days of drying, the spinner was installed using countersunk
washers and screws:
As you can see in the picture above, there is a gap right behind the propeller
blade. To fill this gap, a plate was made out of .032 aluminum. The
plate was shaped and rounded to fit. A flange was added to the filler
plate, that slips under the spinner and platenuts were installed in that.
