Here is the rudder pedal assembly at this point:
Note the bearings at the bottom of the picture. These were made exactly like the bearings for the control sticks, so I won't repeat the procedure here. One of these bearings is made to fit the 3/4" tube (on the right side) and the other is made to fit a 7/8" tube (on the left side).
The bearings must be made and installed prior to fitting the rudder pedal drive arms to each end.
The drive arms are shown full scale and flat in the plans.

was a hole and groove cut for bending):
